ALUVA: Reacting to the comment of Union Minister Mullappally Ramachandran that there is a unholy nexus between some persons in the previous LDF Government and the present rulers, Opposition Leader V S Achuthanandan told media persons at the Govt Guest House here on Wednesday that there could be every possibility of an unholy nexus.V S Achuthanandan hesitated to make any comment on the allegations against a CPM leader from the district. When majority of people in the state suffer badly due to ‘fever epidemics’, it was not proper for the ministers to visit Delhi, VS hinted.Regarding the ‘voting controversy’ on passing of Kerala Appropriate Bill, V S said that it was not the duty of the Chief Minister to go through the video of the proceedings. It was the duty of the Speaker to examine the video. VS said that he had lodged complaint on bogus voting in the House to Speaker. But the Speaker did not reply him so far. Speaker should reply for his complaint and not the Chief Minister, V S Achuthanandan added.
