SSC CGL 2018 Registration has been extended till 5PM today after complaints of technical glitches in online application process flooded twitter yesterday.
SSC was originally scheduled to close the online registration for SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2018 on 4th June 2018, 5PM; however, in the last few hours the website application webpage for SSC CGL registration stopped loading.
Many aspirants took to twitter to bring the issue to the notice of SSC and HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar.

A user even posted a video of the SSC CGL 2018 Registration page, where the Register tab is seen not responding.

Later SSC released a statement in which it said, “It has come to the notice of the Commission that some of the applicants have faced technical problems in filling the online application forms for CGLE 2018 since today morning. Keeping in view this inconvenience caused to the applicants, the Commission has, in the interest of the applicants, decided to extend the last date for filling of on-line application forms for CGLE, 2018 by one day i.e. till 5.00 PM on 5th June, 2018”
Interested candidates can now follow this official link http://164.100.129.99/cgle2018/ and submit their applications before 5PM today.
The Offline Challan can also be generated till 5PM today and payment through SBI Challan can be done till 7th June 2018 (during banking hours only).
