Students in school uniforms will be allowed to commute without purchasing tickets,” a senior MTC official claimed and added that confusions allegedly on part of the school managements had caused inordinate delay in the distribution process.Meanwhile, MTC has sent a circular to various schools in the city, urging the latter to keep the students ready on a specified day for a photo session to facilitate the distribution of free bus passes this year.Sources said agencies appointed for the purpose would provide the printouts of documents comprising the details and photographs of the students to the schools.
