Techie died of consuming poison

 Postmortem report of US-based techie, E Anil Kumar, who committed suicide on Sunday revealed that he had committed suicide by consuming poison.

 Assistant commissioner of Police M Malla Reddy said they had recieved information from the doctors of Gandhi General Hospital on Monday.

 Swapna (28), Anil’s wife who returned from the US a few days ago, alleged that her husband took the extreme step due to pressure from his parents and other family members.

 She stated that they had some marital tensions from a few months.

 Swapna’s parents had paid `25 lakh to Anil’s parents during their marriage.

 The couple had shifted to the US eight months back, after which her in-laws started pressurising Anil to demand additional dowry from her.
