Jaipur: The first three positions in the Common All India Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2018 have been secured by three boys from Jaipur, who are good friends and studied at the same institute.
The results of CLAT 2018 were announced on Thursday. Aman Garg got the first rank, Devish Kaushik stood second and Anmol Gupta secured the third rank. After the release of the results, there was a wave of happiness in their coaching institute and families.
The three toppers who achieved first, second and third positions gave credit for their success to their parents and teachers.
Each year, CLAT exam is organized by the National Law University. This time the examination was organized by the National Law University, Kochi.
The examination was held on May 13. More than 59,000 candidates from across the country had appeared in the exam. From Rajasthan alone, there were 4,636 aspirants. The exam was conducted at 15 centers in Jaipur.
On the basis of the results of CLAT, admission will be given on 2,340 seats. The selected students will be sent to any of the 19 National Law Universities. The test is a centralized one for admission to these National Law Universities in India. Two public sector institutes and 43 other education institutes are also eligible to use these scores.
