Vehicles will not be allowed on the Vellayambalam Junction - Corporation Office stretch on these days from 6 pm to 9.30 pm. Vehicles from Vellayambalam to Thampanoor/ East Fort should take the Vazhuthacaud-Xanadu-Panavila route. Vehicles from Thampanoor and East Fort to Peroorkada should take the RR Lamp- Corporation Point- Nanthancode-Kowdiar route. Vehicles from East Fort to Vattiyoorkavu should take the Overbridge- Statue Junction-VJT Hall- Asan Square- Bakery Junction - Vazhuthacaud- Cotton Hill- Edapazhanji-Sasthamangalam route. Vehicle parking will be allowed on one side of Asan Square- General Hospital Road, PMG-Law College Road, Press Club Road, Museum-Sooryakanthi road, Museum - Nandavanam road, Vellayambalam-Sasthamangalam road, Keltron-Althara Road and Manaveeyam Road. Parking will also be allowed at Sanskrit College; LBS Compound, Poojappura; Putharikandam Maidan; Bund Road; and Fort High School compound. Parking will not be allowed on the Corporation Office-Nanthancode- Devaswom Board- TTC stretch; RR Lamp-Vellayambalam stretch; VJT Hall- Asan Square Road; and GV Raja-RR Lamp Road. The police have also made a request to paste the driver’s mobile phone number on the parked vehicles.
