HYDERABAD: The Telangana Telugu Desam Forum is holding Congress leader and minister K Jana Reddy and Telangana JAC chairman M Kodandaram responsible for the delay in submission of resignations afresh by Telangana legislators. The TTDF will dash off a letter to Jana Reddy daring him to make Congress MLAs submit the resignations again on September 5 or 6."All the 33 MLAs of TDP are ready to submit their resignations if Jana Reddy fixes a date either September 5 or 6," forum convener E Dayakar Rao said here on Monday. The TTDF, which met here, also discussed the attitude of TJAC chairman Kodandaram."The TTDF has repeatedly asked Kodandaram to convene a round table so that MLAs of all parties will gather there and resubmit resignations. But the TJAC has chairman failed to do so and is acting like an agent of TRS."  While Dayakar Rao appealed to Kodandaram to convene a round table, another MLA, M Narsimhulu, came down heavily on the TJAC chairman for “insulting'' the elected representatives. "Kodandaram asked the people to welcome those MLAs, who are not willing to resubmit resignations, with chappals. This is nothing but insulting the MLAs.Anna Hazare never used such a language against any MP during his agitation," Narsimhulu said and pointed out that Kodandaram was not elected even as a ward member. Though he was in the respectable position of teaching and holding a professor post he was using such a language, Narsimhulu said and threatened to to slap an SC/ST atrocity case on Kodandaram if he did not tender an conditional apology to MLAs.Kodandaram was not insisting on the resignations of TRS MLAs as the TRS would not benefit if all the Congress and TDP MLAs too resigned, the TTDF felt.
