Two held for possessing drugs

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kazhakoottam Excise Circle officials the other day arrested notorious criminal Pacha Vikraman for possessing over Rs 5 lakh worth of narcotic drugs and brown sugar. He was arrested at the Chackai-Kazhakoottam bypass road near Akkulam bridge while he was transporting the drug on a motorcycle. Another person, Naseer of Vallakadavu, who rode along with Vikraman, was also arrested. The Excise officials said that about 170 grams of brown sugar was seized from them.
