Rangaraju Srinivasa Rao, the VRO of Nadergul village of Saroornagar mandal in Ranga Reddy district was caught red-handed by ACB officials at his office, when he accepted an amount of Rs 25,000 as bribe from a complainant.
In the state capital here, G Hanumantha Rao, a senior assistant working in the project office of the Rajiv Vidya Mission (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) was arrested by the ACB on Wednesday at his office, at Nampally, when he took a bribe of Rs 4,000 from the complainant, a release said.
