New Delhi: UP Board Director Vasudev Yadav declared class XII results for the state on Wednesday. Lucknow's Harshit Srivastava from SKD college, Barabanki's Arjita Verma from Ramsevak Yadav inter-college and Unnao's Manu Singh from Triveni Basi inter-college topped the state with 96.80 per cent.
The intermediate results show that girl have outperformed boys yet again with 96.32 per cent girls clearing exams as against 89.79 per cent boys this year. Among the various regions, Hapur reflected the best results with a pass percentage of 97.53 per cent.
