Batting for Narendra Modi as PM, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Wednesday claimed that China and middle east countries had already accepted Gujarat Chief Minister as India's Prime Minister, and so should party rivals.
"Narendra Modi ji has taken the development of Gujarat to greater heights. Many of the foreign countries have already accepted him as the PM of India, but US is on its knees. They are mulling to replace their Indian Ambassadar with a Gujarat friendly face to ensure cordial relations with us," she said, while addressing a rally in Asind area in Bhilwara district on Wednesday.
"Narendra Modi wants to create Team India, I promise him that we will try to put all the 25 seats in his basket," she said.
Launching a scathing attack on Congress, the Rajasthan Chief Minister accused the party of not implementing the schemes they launch.
"Every party seeks votes on the basis of religion but, when it comes to speak in the Parliament, they keep mum. We have to make our nation free from such rule that does not takes a stand for us," she said.
She lauded her party's efforts claiming that state BJP successfully provided electricity to its people. Highlighting the benefits of Bhamashah Financial Empowerment Scheme to poor, she said, "We won’t discontinue any scheme, but we will review them and provide its benefits to the people who need it."
Laying down a roadmap of the party's future initiatives for the state, she promised to provide more food, shelter, pension, employment; curb water shortage in the state by pilot projects of linking rivers and, build roads and highways in Rajasthan.
Praising her counterparts Shivraj and Raman, she hailed the Ladli Laxmi Yojana and Rs 1/ kg rice schemes in MP and Chhattisgarh saying both CMs are "dedicated towards working for the poor".
