The Las Vegas Sands Corporation has announced that it will open its new Macao resort The Parisian on September 13.

Located on Macao's Cotai Strip, the 3000-room resort from subsidiary Sands China has been created with an impressive half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower, and will bring Sands' total number of resorts in the gambling capital to four, alongside The Venetian, The Plaza and Sands Cotai Central.

The new Parisian will also feature a 1200-seat theatre and a shopping area, called Shoppes at Parisian, designed to evoke the streets of Paris.

Commenting on the newest addition Sands Chairman and CEO Sheldon Adelson said, "Our

goal to create a large-scale leisure and business destination in Macao, which started with the opening of The Venetian Macao nearly 10 years ago, will be fully realized when The Parisian opens its doors in a matter of weeks."
