Sharmin Segal Redefines Simplicity In A Saree At Sonakshi- Zaheer’s Wedding Reception

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding has been dominating headlines. While the wedding was a simple affair, the reception hosted the same evening was a lit affair. Some of the most popular names in the industry were part of the celebrations. Among others, Sonakshi’s co-star from Heeramandi, Sharmin Segal, attended the grand event held in Mumbai. The actress was spotted at the venue with her husband, Aman Mehta. Sharmin’s simple yet glam look for the reception was quite noteworthy.

Sharmin Segal wore a lightweight white saree for the reception. Her drape featured scattered floral embellishments, which were consistent throughout the entire length. To add some contrast to her ensemble, she paired the saree with a golden blouse. It had a plunging v-neckline and incorporated heavy sequin work. For her accessories, she went with a pair of golden stud earrings, a sleek bracelet on one hand, and a watch on the other.

She left her tresses open, styled in a silky-wavy look with a middle part. For her makeup, she defined her face with sharp contours, blush and a shimmery highlight. She went light on her eye makeup and finished off with a nude pink lip shade. Sharmin’s husband, Aman Mehta, also complemented his wife well with a minimal look. He wore a rusty brown front buttoned kurta with a white pyjama.

The actress has dropped several stunning looks recently, and her ethnic collection is surely worth a look. Some time back, she donned an exquisite white lehenga for one of her photoshoots. The blouse features a self-woven design with horizontal patterns and a floral cut sleeve. A similar floral woven design was seen on the skirt as well, with a layered ruffle look. The actress teamed the outfit with a heavy green beaded jhumka and a mang tika. She wore a sleek stone bracelet.

Sharmin Segal is the daughter of Deepak Segal and Bella Bhansali Segal, who is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s sister. She plays Alamzeb in the web series Heeramandi, which also stars prominent actors such as Manisha Koirala, Richa Chadha, Shekhar Suman, Aditi Rao Hydari, Fardeen Khan, and Adhyayan Suman.
