Actress Abhirami, widely known as Ammu Abhirami, has worked in many Tamil and Telugu films. She made her acting debut in 2017 with the Tamil film Bairavaa, opposite Vijay. She is known for her leading roles in Ratsasan (2018), Thambi (2019) and Asuran (2019).
The young actress has revealed that she has found the love of her life. The interesting part is that the man is also a part of the industry. Recently, on the occasion of her boyfriend Parthiv Mani’s birthday, Ammu Abhirami’s love story came to light when she posted a video with joint wishes. She posted a video on his birthday and wrote, “Happiest Birthday dear @parthiv.mani Thank you for being born, thank you for coming into my life.”
Earlier, in March, on Abhirami’s birthday, Parthiv Mani wished her with an adorable Instagram post. He wrote, “Happy faces gathered to celebrate the sweetest soul. Happy Abhirami day…be happy eppovum @abhirami_official.”
She has done films in Telugu and Tamil and also did a cooking show called Cooku with Comali season 3. She fell in love with Parthiv Mani, the director who is working on this show.
Ammu Abhirami’s first releases were Bairavaa (2017), En Aaloda Seruppa Kaanom (2017) and Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru (2017), in which she played a supporting role. She then played a schoolgirl who gets into trouble in Ratsasan. She later played the same role in the Telugu remake Rakshasudu (2019) opposite Bellamkonda Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran. In Thuppakki Munai (2018), she played a teenage girl who was raped and murdered.
In 2019, Ammu Abhirami was seen in Vetrimaaran’s drama Asuran (2019), where she played a leading role opposite Dhanush. Ammu was selected on the recommendation of producer S Thanu, with whom she had previously worked in Thuppakki Munai (2018). She played the role of Maari, a schoolgirl in rural Tamil Nadu in the 1960s.
