Bollywood actor Richa Chadha, who was recently seen in Fukrey Returns, is all set to make her debut as a writer.
In the past year or so, the actor has tried her hands in the comedy space. Apart from reprising her role as Bholi Punjaban in the sequel to the 2013-film Fukrey, the actor made her television debut with a reality comedy show titled Queens of Comedy. And now she's geared up to pen down a comedy script for which she's been motivated by her colleagues and friends.
On being asked about the new venture, Richa said," Comedy is my new favorite genre. Of course, I will continue to do all kinds of films, but I enjoy comic roles as they don't take a toll on you and your well-being. Especially a film like Fukrey, where the cast comprises of friends is sheer pleasure. I made some new friends on Queens of Comedy earlier on as well. I am hoping to develop a comic script too."
The actor is currently basking in the success of Mrighdeep Singh Lamba's Fukrey Reutrns co-starring Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh and Ali Fazal alongside the actor.
