Gayathri Suresh-starrer Malayalam Film Abhirami Set To Hit Theatres On June 7

Gayathri Suresh is all prepared for her new Malayalam film, Abhirami. It is set to hit the theatres on June 7. The film, directed by Mushtaq Rahman Kariyadan, is expected to impress audiences. Abhirami is produced by Madhu Karuvat, Santhosh Radhakrishnan, and Shabeek Tayil. They have produced the film under the banner of MJS Media, Spectac Movies, and Copernicus Productions. The film is written by journalist Waheed Zaman. The trailer for this eagerly anticipated film was released on May 31. It was viewed multiple times and received several positive comments. Apart from Gayathri Suresh in the lead role, there are other actors in the film, like Roshan Basheer, Srikanth Murali, Naveen Illath, Ameya Mathew, Harikrishnan, Sanju Philip, Salmon Punnakal, Ashraf Kalaparampil, KK Moiteen Koya, Kabir Awaran, Tahanina, Sara Cyriak, and Ayesh Abdul Latif.

Abhirami revolves around the story of a young lady living in Dubai who is, by profession, a nurse. She is an active social media user, who became famous after sharing a video on social media that featured a famous scientist who was living a secluded life. As the video went viral, making her famous, she began to work at a PR company for a year. People began to invite her to various events and interviews. Her overnight fame suffocated her, as she felt that she had lost her freedom and was trapped under the influence of the company. She realised that she had already become a part of the company’s personal vendetta and agenda. She began to lose her individuality, and she was unable to make her own choices. Her company would dictate what she was allowed to post on social media. She suffered grave losses in her personal life as she lost connection with her boyfriend too. Eventually, she started to be threatened by the company, so she decided to leave. Finally, she found her way by taking the help of the same scientist who was featured in her video on social media. With the help of the scientist, the protagonist breaks out of virtual reality and emerges into the real world.
