Stallone is a true survivor: Stallone is someone who has had to face a lot of adversity in life and too from a very young age. As a kid, he was bullied and ridiculed by his colleagues. However, these difficulties could not break the future Hollywood legend’s fighting spirit. On the contrary, they encouraged him to take up bodybuilding and transform himself into a physical specimen.

In fact things became so bad that Stallone was forced to spend four days at a medical centre. Furthermore, he also broke his neck while filming an intense scene for ‘The Expendables’. He is an avid boxing fan: It was in 1976 that Stallone became a household name because of the critical and commercial success attained by ‘Rocky’. Directed by John Avildsen, the film featured the actor in the role of a semi-pro boxer.
