Illustrator Pays Emotional Tribute To Actor Atul Parchure With His Artwork

Veteran actor Atul Parchure took his last breath on October 14 at the age of 57. He reportedly died following a relapse of cancer. His death has sent shockwaves through the film fraternity, leading to an outpouring of tributes on social media. After his death, an illustration artist paid tribute to Atul Parchure through his art. He shared a cartoon figure of Marathi writer Purushottam Laxman Deshpande hugging Atul Parchure as he welcomes him in heaven. He shared the post regarding this on his social media account. The post has gone viral.

The illustration artist named Uday Mohite, who goes by the name of Indian Illustrator, penned down a heartwarming art of PL Deshpande and Atul Panchure. PL Deshpande was a critically acclaimed Marathi writer, actor, author, scriptwriter, composer, musician, singer and orator. He has penned numerous plays in which Atul Pancure played prominent roles. Deshapande’s works have been translated into several languages including English and Kannada.

Before gaining fame in films and comedy reality shows, Atul Panchure was quite active in theatre plays, especially written by PL Deshpande. Some of them include Vyakti Ani Valli, Batatyachi Chaal and Asa Mi Asami. Remembering his collaboration with PL Deshpande, illustration artist Uday Mohite paid emotional tribute with his latest post. Deshpande had a bunch of pencils and pens on his back as he hugged Atul Panchure. “Emotional tribute to Atul Parchure. You have made our childhood so sweet,” wrote Uday Mohite while posting the illustration.

Fans expressed surprise at his untimely passing. They paid tribute to the actor for his contribution to the Marathi cinema.

The film fraternity flocked to the crematorium site in Dadar to pay final tribute to the Marathi actor. Many celebrities visited his house to pay their respects. Among them was Sumeet Raghavan, who visited the actor’s house with his wife. In a video shared by a paparazzo, Sumeet Raghavan was seen getting emotional. The actor was accompanied by his wife and the duo was unable to hold back their tears as they visited Atul Parchure’s house to pay their last respects. Raghavan was seen dressed in a white shirt and dark pants, while his wife was seen in a white kurta which she had paired with printed pajamas and a blue dupatta. The couple looked devastated as they mourned the loss of the actor.

Atul Parchure gained popularity through various projects, including notable works like Vasu Chi Sasu, Priyatama, and Tarun Turk Mhatare Arka.
