Kangana Ranaut Buys 407 Sq Ft Office Space For Rs 1.56 Cr in Mumbai Amid Reports Of Selling Bungalow

Kangana Ranaut has bought a new office space in Mumbai’s Andheri area, a new report has claimed. The news comes just weeks after it was claimed that Kangana is selling her massive bungalow in Bandra. It is reported that she bought the property for Rs 1.56 Cr. However, the Emergency star is yet to react to the report.
Hindustan Times reported that property registration documents accessed by Propstack reveal Kangana bought the office on the 19th floor of a building named Arch One. The office space was sold at a per sq ft rate of Rs 38,391 sq ft on carpet. The transaction took place on August 23, with Kangana paying a stamp duty of Rs 9.37 lakhs and a Rs 30,000 registration fees.
The new buy comes weeks after it was claimed that Kangana has put up her Bandra bungalow on sale for Rs 40 Cr. The speculation emerged earlier this month after a YouTube page called Code Estate shared a video claiming a production house office is up for sale. Although the name of the production house and the owner was not revealed, the photos and visuals used in the video hinted that it was Kangana’s office. Several social media users also took to comment section to guess that it is Kangana’s house.
It has been revealed that the plot Size is 285 square meters, with a construction area of 3042 sq ft. The house also has an additional parking space of 500 sq ft. The building has two floors and is priced at Rs 40 Crores. Kangana is yet to react to these rumours as well.
Meanwhile, Kangana is tackling death threats. The actress has recived death threats for her upcoming movie, Emergency. Kangana will be seen essaying the role of Indira Gandhi in the film. With the film’s release closing in, a man on social media released a video in which he gave her a death threat if she goes ahead with the release of the film. The actress, who is also directing Emergency, has sought police protection.
