Korean Star No Min-Woo Claims His Celebrity Ex-Girlfriend Dumped Him After Gaining Fame

Japanese-born South Korean actor No Min-woo, popular for his roles in K-dramas such as My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho, My Unfortunate Boyfriend and The Greatest Marriage, recently exposed his celebrity ex-girlfriend. He appeared on the latest episode of Dolsing Fourmen, which aired on September 3 and spoke about his previous relationships.

When the show’s MC asked No Min-woo if it was true that he fell in love with a female celebrity who was standing across a crosswalk and then kissed her in the middle of the street, he nodded yes. The actor stated that he fell in love with her instantly. Sharing that the story was indeed true, he said, “I fell in love with her the instant I saw her. She was moving as if she was in slow motion. I was going to tell her my feelings the next time I saw her, so I was just going to introduce myself and shake her hands, but before I knew it, I crossed the street and kissed her.”

Further, No Min-woo mentioned that he was dating another celebrity while he was still trying to set foot in the industry. However, she dumped him when he was still struggling. Revealing that he did not date anyone for several years after being dumped, No Min-woo said, “It was during the time when I would learn how to act by going to actual film sets, and I met this celebrity who hit on me first. Later, she blew up while I was still just an extra. She dumped me. After that, I didn’t date anyone for several years and just focused on my work.”

Previously, No Min-woo appeared on SBS’ My Little Old Boy and recounted his “unforgettable kiss” with a female celebrity. While conversing, the actor recalled his kiss with her, which happened on their second date after he crossed an intersection where she was waiting for him. Revealing that the female celebrity called their kiss “unforgettable,” No Min-woo said, “She was first surprised, but after held my hands. She said it was an unforgettable kiss.”

No Min-woo became embroiled in a dating controversy when media reports suggested that he was dating top Japanese actress Haruka Ayase, who is older than him. Back then, the actress cleared the air around such baseless rumours, saying, “It isn’t true at all. We are only good friends.”
