Expressing her confusion, she stated she would never comprehend why people are upset that she prioritised protecting her peace. She further questioned if they wouldn’t do the same when put to her situation. Addressing the allegations of gaslighting, Bailey responded to the user’s claim that fans were ‘annoyed’ by stating, “Lol my hormones have been on 10 recently so I’m gonna go back to staying off Twitter. Love you all.”

I really tried to just keep myself sane, and I know that there were a lot of people who would always comment and be like, ‘We know girl, we know.’ And I’m like, ‘OK, that’s great that you know, but I’m just going to chill’.”
