Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is one of the actors who is known for choosing distinctive scripts. He always makes sure that every film has something new. From the beginning of his career till now, all of his films have been full of experiments. He is now all set to deliver another enthralling performance in his upcoming film. The action drama is the 21st film of the actor (NKR21). The posters, which have already been released, have grabbed attention among the audience. Currently, the shooting of this film is in the final stage. Recently, the makers shot the climax of this film, according to reports. The breathtaking climax was reportedly filmed over 30 days on a grand set outside Hyderabad. This scene reportedly cost Rs 8 crore, which can be said to be the most expensive scene in Kalyan’s career. The set was designed by Brahma Kadali, with action choreography by Ramakrishna. Around 1000 artists, along with Kalyan Ram, will be seen in this fight scene.

Directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, NKR21 features Vijayashanthi as a powerful IPS officer, along with Sohail Khan, Saiee Manjrekar, and Srikanth in important roles. Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu produce the film under the banners of Ashoka Creations and NTR Arts, while it is presented by Muppa Venkaiah Chowdary. The makers have yet to announce the title of the upcoming film.

After a break of around two years, Nandamuri Kalyan Rammade a comeback in 2022 with the film Bimbisara. The film garnered a good response at the box office after its release. The actor last appeared in the film Devil: The British Secret Agent, which was released in 2023. Directed by Abhishek Nama and Naveen Medaram, the film featured Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Samyuktha Menon, Vasishta N Simha, Edward Sonnenblick and Elnaaz Norouzi. Devil: The British Secret Agent was released in theatres on 29 December 2023 and is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The film received positive feedback from both fans and critics. According to reports, the film earned a total of Rs 3 crore on its release day at the box office in India.
