It is directed by Venkat Prabhu and has created huge expectations among the viewers. Meanwhile, on the special day of Thalapathy Vijay’s birthday, director Venkat Prabhu dropped a small clip from the film featuring Thalapathy Vijay’s double-role characters of both father and son.
In the clip, two Vijays are seen attacking the enemies on a bike. Vijay has played two different roles as father and son in the film. The video is currently garnering everyone’s attention. Recently, producer Archana Kalpathi confirmed on her Instagram story that the post-production work is going on in full swing.
The makers of GOAT have now signed their satellite partner, and the satellite rights have been sold at a high price. As per reports, GOAT will be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, and the film will also be dubbed in Malayalam and Kannada via satellite.
The makers have confirmed the satellite rights for all languages with a national television partner, and the satellite rights for Vijay’s next film have been sold for Rs 93 crore, according to a report by Indiaglitz Tamil.
According to producer Archana Kalpathi, the VFX work for the film has just begun, in an impressive collaboration with the team behind the groundbreaking visual effects of Avatar. This partnership underlines the film’s high-budget fantasy theme and hints at a visual spectacle that will redefine Indian cinema.
Apart from Vijay in dual roles, the film cast also includes Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer, Vaibhav, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Sneha, Mohan, Laila, and Jayaram.
The film has music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography handled by Siddhartha Nuni, and editing done by Venkat Raajen. GOAT is all set to hit the theatres on September 5.
