P.O.W Bandi Yuddh Ke: Indian Remake of Homeland Is About Kargil War and its Aftermath
Something different from the regular Indian television drama is finally out there and we can't wait to watch it!

Purab Kohli returns to television with a new television show titled P.O.W. Bandi Yuddh Ke. The actor who began his career with one of the most cult shows of Indian television, Hip Hip Hurray is now making a comeback on TV with Nikhil Advani's 1999 Kargil War based which is inspired by Israeli series Hatifum.

The show starring Purab Kohli and Satyadeep Mishra, along with Sandhya Mridul and Amrita Puri is a story of two prisoners of war who are trapped by the army of the neighbouring nation and are released after 17 years.

The show moves back and forth between time, questioning the credibility of these army jawans who may have been forced to change for the worse in those 17 years. Purab Kohli who's always been the quintessential boy next door, woes with his new raw tough look as an army soldier.
