Rashmika Mandanna has finally given an inside glimpse into her 28th birthday celebrations in UAE. The actress took to her Instagram handle to share two happy photos of herself soaking up the Sun while taking a sip of coffee. Rashmika jetted off to Yas Island in Abu Dhabi on April 3 to ring in her special day.
Sharing the adorable photos, Rashmika wrote, “(the Sun emoji) + (coffee emoji) = Happy Rashmika (red heart emoji).” The photos went viral in no time, with her fans drooling over her no makeup look.
One fan wrote, “Wish you a very happy birthday, Rashmika!” Another one said, “Cuteness overload!” “National crush, Crush-mika,” a third user commented on the actress’ photos.
There are rumours doing the rounds that Rashmika’s rumoured boyfriend, actor Vijay Deverakonda, has also joined her for the trip. Fans on X and Reddit pointed out that Rashmika shared a picture of a peacock on her Instagram stories, and hours later, Vijay shared a video promoting his upcoming film, which also had the peacock in the background.

Interestingly, Vijay’s new film Family Star, directed by Parasuram Petla and co-starring Mrunal Thakur, releases in theatres today, on Rashmika’s birthday. Rashmika, on the other hand, will soon be seen in Pushpa: The Rule, in which she will reprise her role as Srivalli alongside Allu Arjun.
Rashmika’s bond with Vijay Deverakonda has always made fans curious. The actress faced numerous questions about her Dear Comrade and Geetha Govindam co-star when she appeared on Neha Dhupia’s chat show ‘No Filter Neha’ recently.
When Neha asked what she likes about her ‘friend’ Vijay, Rashmika said, “We come from middle-class families. Our thinking and perspectives are very alike. I love it, it’s easy with him.” When she asked about his worst qualities, Rashmika said, “He’s way too serious all the time, he’s like a rocket, it’s all about work for him.” In the same conversation, Rashmika revealed that her secret nickname for Vijay is ‘Vijju’.
