Salman-Shah Rukh Khan reunion: Moments when the stars hugged, lauded and expressed love for each other
All this warmth and love made the fans utter the same thing again, "When can we see our Karan-Arjun together onscreen?"

Bollywood movie buffs across the world are in for a treat tonight as the two biggest Khans of Bollywood reunite on the small screen. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan will be seen sharing screen space tonight in 'Bigg Boss 9 Weekend' episode.

Shah Rukh Khan will bee seen promoting his recent release 'Dilwale' at Bhaijaan's popular reality show. Famous as the Karan-Arjun of Bollywood, the Khans have had a history full of ups and downs. While everybody is aware of the competitiveness these two have experienced in past, the stars have grown over it.

Before the grand onscreen reunion, IBNLive Movies brings to you moments where these two big Khans have embraced each other, keeping the BO clashes and personal enmity aside.

There was a time when Shah Rukh Khan and Salman shared a strong bond of friendship. During one award function Shah Rukh dedicated his award for best actor to Salman saying that the latter alawys complain of winning no awards. The 'dramatic' conversation both share onstage is enough to give us an insight on the level of comfort both stars shared.

At another award function in 2005, Shah Rukh and Salman felicitated each other. Shah Rukh had a lot to say about his then best friend Salman and thanked him for all his love and support. This was the time time when everything was still glossy in their world of friendship.

Almost two and a half years ago, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan met for the first time after their ugly brawl in 2008. The occasion was of Eid and at the Iftaar party of MLA Baba Siddique, Salman Khan hugged and wished his frenemy Shah Rukh, keeping all his grudges aside. The hug became viral and the fans went all teary eyed, watching their favourite stars reunite.

They again put all that behind and embraced each other at the Renault Star Guild Awards in 2014.

After one year of their 'awkward reunion', the stars embraced each other much comfortably again at the Iftaar party hosted by Baba Siddique, the hug here seemed more genuine and there was warmth between the two stars.

Shah Rukh Khan again hinted upon the fact of his reunion with Salman Khan, when he turned up for Salman's sister Arpita Khan's wedding and announced it as her own sister's wedding. The two biggies were seen placing a kiss on the bride, burying their bad history together.

SRK even attended Arpita's wedding reception and was seen smiling when Salman made SRK's iconic 'open arm' gesture while dancing.

The year 2015, officially became their 'reunion' year, with first SRK openly supporting Salman Khan films. Shah Rukh Khan revealed the poster of Salman Khan's blockbuster 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and even did a dubsmash on 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'.

In return to such warm gesture, Salman and his 'PRDP' team made a dubsmash on SRK's classic song'Tujhe Dekha' from 'DDLJ'. Salman also warmly agreed to release 'Dilwale' trailer with 'PRDP'.

Then again later in 2015, on Shah Rukh's birthday Salman made sure to pay a visit to the birthday boy. Shah Rukh later shared an adorable photograph, where the two khans are seen embracing and practicing 'Sultan' moves.

All this warmth and love made the fans utter the same thing again, "When can we see our Karan-Arjun together onscreen?" Well now answering the request the two biggies of Bollywood are back together onscreen with Bigg Boss 9.

The promos of the episode have been well received and the excitement for tonight's episode is unmatchable. Let the magic of 'Rahul' and 'Aman' unfold again, tonight.
