Shraddha Kapoor Interacts With Fans At Stree 2 Event, Signs Artwork

Shraddha Kapoor is literally ‘painting the town red’ with her amazing red looks for Stree 2 promotions. Recently, the actress has been frequently taking part in a lot of promotional arrangements, fan events and media interactions with her co-star Rajkummar Rao. In her latest outing, Shraddha took part in a fan gathering where many brought sketches of the actors as gifts. During this time, the actress, in a thoughtful gesture, even signed one of the artworks.

The video shared on a paparazzi handle on Instagram shows both Shraddha and Rajkummar at the event. The actress eagerly signs the art piece before happily going for a group selfie. At the event, the actors also interacted with the fans, while thanking the artists and the audience.

As usual, the actress looked stunning in an eye-catching red outfit. She chose an elegant midi dress featuring hand-painted floral designs. With this, Shraddha has once again cemented her status as the queen of method dressing. She completed her look with statement earrings, a chic nose ring and black stiletto heels. The outfit is from the shelves of Anita Dongre.

Stree 2 Gears For Major Release

Reuniting Shraddha Kapoor’s mysterious character with Rajkummar Rao’s Vicky and his friends, the story of Chanderi takes an interesting turn with a new force at work. With the classic combination of horror and comedy, Stree 2 will pick from the events of the first film, when the gang managed to defeat Stree, only to reveal Shraddha’s hidden motives.

Featuring the lead actors, it will also see the return of Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee, adding more to the fun riot. Stree 2 will hit theatres on August 15.

The advance booking for the Amar Kaushik directorial has already begun, with trade analysts anticipating good opening-day collections. Sumit Kadel tweeted on Sunday, “#JioStudios’s #Stree2 has sold 45000 Tickets at National Chains in Advance for Day 1 inc Previews. Eying Finish in the vicinity of 2.5 -3.5 Lakhs. Set for a HUMONGOUS ₹ 30-35 cr nett Opening on 15th August.”

According to Sacnilk, the film has sold 1,28,449 tickets across the country for its first day. Clashing with other Bollywood biggies like Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa, Stree 2 is expected to outshine the box office.
