Bollywood stars Suniel Shetty and Shilpa Shetty just set the internet buzzing when they shared a sweet moment at an event in Mumbai. In a video shared by a paparazzi handle, the duo could be seen hugging each other. They also posed for the shutterbugs, bringing back memories of their classic film Dhadkan, where they portrayed the beloved characters Anjali and Dev.
Shilpa looked absolutely gorgeous in an ivory saree, which she styled with a pearl-embellished blouse and a stunning mang tika. Suniel, on the other hand, was all about that suave vibe in a grey notch lapel blazer and matching pants. Their stylish looks and friendly chemistry had fans talking, reminiscing about their unforgettable on-screen moments together.

Shilpa and Suniel’s reunion definitely got fans buzzing with excitement. One user couldn’t help but reflect on the timeless appeal of Dhadkan, saying, “Dhadkan released in 2000 even after 24 years both are looking so good.”
Another fan chimed in with, “This is one of the best movies ever made in Bollywood.”

In 2000, Shilpa and Suniel lit up the screen in the musical romantic drama Dhadkan, alongside Akshay Kumar and Mahima Chaudhary. The film was directed by Dharmesh Darshan and produced by Ratan Jain. Other cast members included Sharmila Tagore, Parmeet Sethi, Kiran Kumar, Sushma Seth and Manjeet Kullar.
Speaking of their future projects, Shilpa is currently busy working on the upcoming Kannada film KD – The Devil, directed by Prem and produced by Suprith under KVN Productions. This action-packed film boasts a stellar ensemble, including Dhruva Sarja, Reeshma Nanaiah, V Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Jisshu Sengupta, Nora Fatehi and Sanjay Dutt. Based on the true events from 1970s Bangalore, it promises to be a thrilling period drama, releasing in multiple languages, including Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
Meanwhile, Suniel is gearing up for the much-anticipated season 2 of the action thriller series Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega, where he will reprise his role as A.C.P Vikram Chauhan. He also has exciting projects in the works, including Ahmed Khan’s Welcome to the Jungle and Priyadarshan’s Hera Pheri 3. Reportedly, he is also expected to play a pivotal role in the Lionsgate thriller Nanda Devi.
