The Academy Award-winning actor ran his hands through his hair, while his face remained covered in shadows. Similar to Mary Shelby’s description of Frankenstein in her novel of the same title, Bale’s forehead was covered with heavy stitches and a thick tattoo could be spotted on his chest. The Hollywood star was dressed in a layered outfit.

The following slide offered viewers a glimpse of Jessie Buckley as the distressed bride. Black ink was splattered on one of her cheeks, and the actress seemed to look at something with great concern. Her short blonde curls framed her face like a canopy. The last photograph was that of a clapperboard. The words “camera test” and “Take 1” were written on it, alongside the title of the film.
