Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk starrer Bad Newz is all set to hit theatres on July 19. Well, ahead of the release, the lead actors are seen in full action for promoting the rom-com. On Tuesday, the makers released the second song of the film. And now Vicky Kaushal shared a video in which he is seen playing a bike race with Ammy Virk. Both of them are having a fun time.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Vicky shared the video and wrote, “We believe in (un)healthy competition! @ammyvirk”. In the video, both actors are seen playing bike race in the game zone. They are looking very excited. As soon as the video was shared, fans reacted. Many dropped heart emojis. Some even called them cute.

Vicky Kaushal has been grabbing attention for his dance moves in Tauba Tauba song. Salman Khan also praised him. Directed by Anand Tiwari, Bad Newz is a rom-com that features a fresh trio of talents – Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk. The trailer’s offbeat storyline, where Dimri’s character finds out she’s expecting twins from two different fathers, portrayed by Kaushal and Virk, has intrigued audiences and sparked curiosity about the movie’s plot.

Recently, Vicky was talking about the upcoming film when he said, “For me, shooting this film was like home because Anand Tiwari and Karan Johar, the people I worked with, exuded that feel-good vibe and the script was very good. I found the concept of the film new, and the kind of humour it has, even though I haven’t explored the comedy genre that much as an actor.”

“It was something new for me too and the kind of energy that you need to show in the scenes is what I got on the sets. I was working with a family, which was important because I hadn’t done much in the comedy genre before and a lot of it was new to me. So, without thinking much, I jumped into it,” the actor added.

Backed by producers Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Anand Tiwari, Bad Newz is all set to premiere in theatres on July 19, 2024.
