Singer Diljit Dosanjh is busy taking the world by storm with his ongoing Dil-Luminati tour. A video of his performance at the O2 Arena in London on Friday, October 4 has been getting much attention on the internet. Upon realising that Pakistani actress Hania Aamir was in the crowd at his concert, Diljit gestured for her to come on the stage and even called her a “superstar”.
After initial hesitation, the Pakistani actress goes up on the stage amidst the crowd’s loud cheers, hoots and claps. The Punjabi singer then starts singing his hit song Lover while taking Hania to the centre stage, who then claps for the singer. After a while, Diljit was seen resting his hand on the Pakistani actress’ shoulder and then bowing down in front of the audience. He hands the microphone to Hania, who says, “Thank you very much. Hi, London. Shukriya bohut bohut aapka (Thanks a lot to you). Thank you very much for having all of us, for entertaining us. Thank you.”
As she was about to leave the stage, Diljit said, “I’m a fan of yours and your work. You are doing amazing work. Thank you. Thanks for coming. You came, thanks a lot for that. Thank you; I appreciate it.” One of Hania’s acquaintances posted the video with the caption, “Well, Hello London! Baby, you make us proud @haniaheheofficial. @diljitdosanjh We love you!”
Soon the fans of both Diljit and Hania started reacting to the post, expressing their joy of watching their favourite stars together. One fan wrote, “Diljit X Hania, What a moment to witness …. this is Hania’s era. So happy for her ..” Another said, “Divided by boundaries, united by Love.” A third fan noted, “Cutest interaction, coolest people on stage.” Meanwhile, the Pakistani actress reposted the video on her Instagram Stories with the caption, “Magic,” followed by folded hands emoji, and tagged the singer.
On the other hand, rapper Badshah was also present at the show in London. In a video shared by the Genda Phool singer, Diljit is seen showering him with praise before he welcomes him on stage. Sharing the post, Badshah wrote, “Tere noor mein roshan hue jaa rahe hain @diljitdosanjh Ye din bhi dikhana tha usne, always your number one fan paaji. London o2, see you next year.”
As always, Diljit took to his Instagram account to share a post featuring pictures from his latest concert. The singer’s post included portraits of Badshah and Hania Aamir, along with other stills of some memorable moments from the show. He dropped the post with the caption, “O2 LONDON Day 1.”
Diljit Dosanjh will soon begin the Dil-Luminati India tour on October 26 in New Delhi. The 10-city tour will end on December 29 in Guwahati.
