National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday released a list of 19 fugitive Khalistani terrorists residing in UK, US, Canada, Dubai, Pakistan and other countries whose properties are likely to be confiscated, sources said.
The move comes a day after the NIA confiscated the properties of designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, a member of the banned pro-Khalistani group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ).

According to reports, the action against the 19 fugitives will be taken under the anti-terror law UAPA. They have been accused of running anti-India propaganda from abroad.
The list of 19 fugitives released by NIA hiding in different countries-
-Pamma, Kulwant Singh Muthra, Sukhpal Singh, Sarabjeet Singh Bennur, Kulwant Singh alias Kanta, Gurpreet Singh alias Baaghi and Dupinder Jeet in UK
-Wadhwa Singh Babbar alias Chacha, Ranjit Singh Neeta in Pakistan
-Jay Dhaliwal, Harpreet Singh alias Rana Singh, Harjap Singh alias Jappy Singh, Amardeep Singh Poorewal and S Himmat Singh in the US
-Jasmeet Singh Hakimzada in Dubai
-Gurjant Singh Dhillon in Australia
-Lakhbir Singh Rode in Europe and Canada
-Jatinder Singh Grewal in Canada
The NIA on Saturday confiscated Pannun’s house in Punjab’s Chandigarh and confiscated land owned by him in Amritsar.
