BJP UP chief Keshav Prasad Maurya said his party will root out ruling Samajwadi Party the way it upstaged Congress in 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
Kanpur: Uttar Pradesh BJP chief Keshav Prasad Maurya has expressed confidence that the party will win an absolute majority by bagging more than 265 seats in the 403-member House in the 2017 assembly elections and "establish Ram Rajya" in the state.
"BJP will form government after winning more than 265 seats in the 2017 assembly polls and establish Ram Rajya in the state," he told reporters on Tuesday.
He said his party will root out ruling Samajwadi Party the way it upstaged Congress in 2014 Lok Sabha elections. "Only one family is ruling Uttar Pradesh for years.
People are fed up with it. Our main planks this time will be ending SP's nepotism and BSP's corruption,"
