156. Budhni is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Vidisha Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Budhni falls in Sehore district and Malwa North region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,45,049 voters in the seat, which includes 1,28,167 male voters, and 1,16,873 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Budhni recorded a voter turnout of 83.04%. In 2013 the turnout was 80.18%, and in 2008 it was 72.59%.
