New Delhi: An advocate filed a complaint against Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde on Tuesday over his terror remark demanding that an FIR be registered against him. Advocate Vivek Garg was earlier the head of the RTI cell of the Delhi BJP.
Garg filed the complaint at the Tis Hazari court on Tuesday.
Home Minister Shinde, during the recently held Congress Chintan Shivir in Jaipur had remarked that there was proof that the RSS was behind the Samjhauta, Mecca Masjid and the Malegaon blasts.
