222. Jaora is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Mandsour Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Jaora falls in Ratlam district and Malwa North region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorized as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,09,925 voters in the seat, which includes 1,07,865 male voters, and 1,02,056 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Jaora recorded a voter turnout of 83.4%. In 2013 the turnout was 80.75%, and in 2008 it was 81.19%.
