New Delhi: A day after Seemapuri Aam Aadmi Party MLA Dharmendra Koli was alleged to have molested a woman during his victory raly, the party's convener Arvind Kejriwal denied the charges and said that he he was just moving with a rally in front of former Congress MLA's house accompanied by over 200 people. Kejriwal said that he will advise Koli not to carry such victory rallies in future.
Earlier, Koli had denied the charge saying nothing like this happened. "We have been celebrating our victory since morning. We had a road show and I was in an open jeep, from where I was not allowed to get down. And I do not know why was such a blame has been put on me and an FIR was registered. Nothing like this happened. There were almost 2,000 people with me," Koli said.
A FIR was filed on the complaint of the losing Congress leader Veer Singh Dhingan's wife on Monday. She has alleged that Koli and others entered their house and misbehaved during their victory march.
Dhingan also claimed that Koli's supporters threw alcohol bottles inside a Valmiki temple in their area.
