RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat said that they support Anna Hazare's fast for a strong Lokpal Bill.
New Delhi: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Monday extended support for social activist Anna Hazare's August 16 fast. Team Anna will go ahead with fast for a strong Lokpal Bill despite being denied permission by the Delhi Police.
RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat said that they support Anna Hazare's fast.
The Delhi police rejected the undertaking given by Team Anna on Monday after they refused to accept some of the key conditions set.
The police move to reject the application came soon after the Hazare team submitted an undertaking leaving six out of the 22 conditions laid out by Delhi Police for granting permission for the fast at the park.
