New Delhi: As election fever grips Bihar, leaders are leaving no stone unturned to target their rivals and are using social media to their advantage. After Facebook and Twitter, Dubsmash is the latest entrant in the fight for the 243-member Bihar Assembly.
Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad took on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his debut video on Dubsmash on the latter's promise to bring back black money.
In the 17 second video, Lalu mimicked Modi who in his Lok Sabha election campaign said 'acche din aaenge' (Better days are ahead) and promised to bring back black money and every citizen getting Rs 15 lakh to Rs 20 lakh.
He ended the video by calling Modi's poll promises 'jumla'.
Bihar Assembly elections will be held in five phases. Voting will take place on October 12, 16, 28, November 1 and 5. Counting will take place on November 8 and the entire election process will be over by November 12.
