New Delhi: The latest flagship smartphone OnePlus 2 will be available today for purchase without the need for invites.
Users will be able to buy the OnePlus One successor on Amazon India. However, the open sale will last just an hour.
The company notes in its blog, " On October 12, OnePlus and Amazon India will be opening up the sale of the OnePlus 2 for an entire hour from 12:00 to 1 PM sans invites."

This will be the first open sale for the OnePlus 2 smartphone ever since the phone went on sale back in August. The phone, so far, has been available for purchase only via invites.
The OnePlus 2 sports a 5.5-inch full HD display and has a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 processor combined with 4GB RAM.
Priced at Rs 24,999 (for 64 GB), the phone comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with sensor pixel size of 1.3 microns, which the company says is 35 per cent larger than standard smartphone cameras.
With a USB Type-C reversible port, the OnePlus 2 draws its juice from a 3300mAh battery as against the 3100mAh battery in the OnePlus One. It has a wide-angle 5 megapixel front-facing camera.
