Samsung is all set to introduce its next edition of the Galaxy Unpacked very soon. According to reports by South Korean media, The Chosen Daily, the event is rumoured to take place on July 10. It also claims that the big physical launch event will take place in Paris, coinciding with the 2024 Olympics in the city.
At Samsung's Unpacked event in Paris, it is expected that the tech company will unveil its next generation of foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Apart from that, they will also be unveiling the highly anticipated Galaxy Ring during the event.
The Galaxy Ring is a smart wearable that was first unveiled during the Galaxy S24 Series launch event at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024. It has been reported that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 are expected to be slimmer than their previous versions, the Z Flip 5 and the Z Fold 5.
Samsung is also expected to announce the Galaxy 7 Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and Galaxy 7 Watch Series. Along with the new hardware additions, the new smartphones are also expected to have AI capabilities as well. It has also been found that Samsung will also be introducing a Paris Olympic special edition of the devices.
Over the years, Samsung has been the lone fighter in the foldable segment but things have changed since the entry of brands like OnePlus, Oppo and even Vivo. With so many brands available, buyers are spoilt for choices, making it vital that Samsung pulls up its socks and offers a compelling upgrade over its rivals.
