Who isn’t familiar with Orry? The Bollywood BFF has consistently been a hot topic on the internet solely due to his profession, which remains as mysterious as his Hindi (Sorry not sorry). While the entire internet is enjoying their time ‘befriending’ him and spotting him at various celebrity gatherings and parties, even cricketer Arshdeep Singh hopped on the bandwagon but with a unique twist—rather than just observing, he decided to playfully tease. How, you ask? By mimicking that famous ‘Orry’ pose with his fellow teammate from the Punjab team, Mandeep Singh.
In a humourous manner, he dubbed him ‘Orry da Praaa-Chorryyy,’ and the Mandeep could be seen leaning on the pacer just as Orry does with anyone and everyone at celeb parties. Sharing the video on his Instagram story and playfully tagging the real Orry, Singh took it to a whole new level in an unexpected way. Soon, screenshots of the video went viral on ‘X,’ sparking laughter.

“Punjabi are a way ahead in humour,” exclaimed one user. Another quipped, “Indian cricketers are going to be the upcoming memers after they retire.”

Even Orry, a.k.a Orhan Awatramani, reshared the Instagram story, expressing, “Am so confusion rn. Like this is major.”
Meanwhile, both Arshdeep and Mandeep Singh recently participated in a Ranji Trophy match against Karnataka. Although Karnataka made a strong start to their 2023-24 Ranji Trophy campaign, limiting Punjab to 152, they ended the day just 10 runs behind with seven wickets remaining. While Captain Mandeep Singh had an unfortunate moment when the ball hit his bat, popped off the pad into Manish Pandey’s hands, and he could only score 1 run, Arshdeep took the highest number of wickets, a total of 3, in the match. However, their efforts were in vain.
