Watch: Couple's Desi Jugaad Inside Delhi Metro Sends Hygiene For A Toss

Delhi Metro might be a vital lifeline for the residents in the national capital, however, it is often seen becoming a hotspot for a series of unpleasant and bizarre incidents. Such instances clearly catch social media’s attention. From passengers getting into intense brawls to couples engaging in unexpected acts, such weird events often take place in the capital’s most popular transportation mode. In a recent one, yet another shocking video went viral from the Delhi metro.

The video is of none other than the viral couple that is often spotted sipping cold drinks or milk by spitting it in each other’s mouths. However, this time they took a different alternative and sipped cold drinks from a shoe.

Shared widely across social media handles, the video opens by showing the boyfriend holding one of his shoes in his hand, while the woman pours the drink into it. However, it is not clear whether they had placed a cup inside the footwear or not. As the video proceeds, they can be seen drinking Thums Up poured inside the shoe turn by turn using the same straw.

While the shoe seems to be a brand new Nike Vomero Sports shoe which costs around Rs 2,500, the couple without any hesitation drank the soft drink directly from the shoe.

Reacting to the video, social media users were visibly disgusted as many took to the comment section and made fun of the couple. A user wrote, “What kind of people board the Delhi Metro? They have crossed the limits”, while another mentioned, “Relaxo’s Rs 150 is made for these people only!!”

“Disagree… They should be thrashed with gold star shoes,” a user commented, while a social media buff wrote, “Not even God can do anything about this young generation with this apparent madness.”

This is not the first time the couple has been spotted carrying out such acts. Earlier in October 2023, another video showed them sipping soft drinks by spitting them into each other’s mouths irked netizens. The undated video, which has wisely circulated across various social media platforms left the internet, cringed. In the video, the man begins by pouring the drink into the woman’s mouth, which she then spits into the former’s mouth, and they repeat this several times.

While the internet was disgusted by the act, the other co-passengers in the video also seemed uncomfortable witnessing such a thing.
