Nithin Kamath disclosed that he experienced a mild stroke in February. The 44-year-old claimed in a post on X that while he is unsure of the precise cause, he believes that a number of things, such as the death of his father, lack of sleep, tiredness and overworking might be the cause.
He went on to say that he was healthier now and could “read and write”. Kamath revealed that full healing will require a minimum of three to six months. According to him, he used to have a “big droop in the face” and couldn’t read or write, but now he just has a “slight droop” and can read and write more.
He continued by saying that he “wondered” how someone in good physical shape and who takes care of themselves could be impacted. The doctor advised him to be aware of when to slow down. The Zerodha chief posted a collage of his own photos with the caption, “Slightly broken, but still getting my treadmill count.”
Around 6 weeks ago, I had a mild stroke out of the blue. Dad passing away, poor sleep, exhaustion, dehydration, and overworking out —any of these could be possible reasons.I've gone from having a big droop in the face and not being able to read or write to having a slight droop… pic.twitter.com/aQG4lHmFER
