Meghan Markle Is ‘A Dictator In High Heels, Reduces Grown Men To Tears’, Report Claims
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are poor decision makers, a person close to them said and added that Meghan barks orders at her staff.

As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle struggle to hire new staff, a new claim by a source close to them could further hurt their chances of hiring new hands. The source close to the couple says that the Duchess of Sussex terrifies her staff, with a person calling her a “dictator in high heels”.

“Everyone’s terrified of Meghan… She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice,” the person told Hollywood Reporter.

The person said that both Harry and Meghan are “poor decision-makers” and frequently change minds. “Harry is a very, very charming person – no airs at all – but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible,” the aforementioned person said.

“(She) marches around like a dictator in high heels. She’s absolutely relentless. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears,” another insider told media outlets.

Throughout the years, the couple has experienced significant staff turnover. In 2021, Meghan Markle’s private secretary and top aide stepped down. More recently, their chief of staff, Josh Kettler, resigned in August after only three months in the role. Prior to Kettler, Toya Holness had served as their global press secretary until her departure in 2022.

Meghan Markle has been criticised for her behaviour toward their employees earlier as well.

In 2018, Buckingham Palace launched an investigation into allegations that Meghan Markle had mistreated two royal aides, accusations previously described as “bullying behavior.” Though the findings were never publicly disclosed, Markle dismissed the claims as part of a “calculated smear campaign.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Archie, aged five, and three-year-old Princess Lilibet live in the celebrity enclave of Montecito, near Santa Barbara, on the US West Coast.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry said he was “excited about 40” as he turned 40 last weekend.

“I was anxious about 30, I’m excited about 40,” he told the BBC in a statement, adding that becoming a father had given him a “fresh perspective on life”.

“Being a dad is one of life’s greatest joys and has only made me more driven and more committed to making this world a better place,” he added.
