All-New Skoda Superb: Design

The exterior of the 2024 Skoda Superb has received significant attention, with redesigned body panels that give the vehicle a more streamlined and modern look.

One of the prominent changes is the narrower LED Matrix beam headlights, which contribute to a sleeker front appearance. The front grille has been widened and adorned with a chrome strip surrounding the bumper intake. The 2024 Skoda Superb boasts a longer frame by 43mm, a 12mm increase in body height, and a lower drag coefficient of 0.24 cd. Both the liftback saloon and estate versions offer a more spacious boot space, making them even more practical.

All-New Skoda Superb: Features

There are several cutting-edge features within the Skoda Superb. The cabin comes with a 13-inch main infotainment screen and a 10-inch driver display known as the Virtual Cockpit. Notably, some of the functions are controlled by a head-up display while others are controlled by a rotary push-button, including the air-conditioning, seat ventilation, AV volume, drive modes, and navigation zoom levels. Skoda focuses on ecological choices and uses 100 percent recycled polypropylene for the car’s interior textiles. Not totally absent is leather but the company introduces a new tanning process for this using coffee beans.

All-New Skoda Superb: Engine Specifications

Technically speaking, Skoda has not spared anything to ensure the new Superb has it all. The vehicle comes in a variety of powertrain options, including petrol, diesel, mild-hybrid, and plug-in hybrid technologies.

The 2024 Skoda Superb offers a range of powertrain options to suit different preferences. For those who favour petrol engines, there are two variants available, producing either 201 bhp or a robust 261 bhp. Diesel enthusiasts can also choose from two different states of tune, providing 148 and 190 bhp options.

Irrespective of the selected powertrain, all versions come equipped with a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox. This ensures a smooth and efficient driving experience, enhancing the overall performance of the vehicle. Skoda’s commitment to providing a diverse array of powertrain options reflects its dedication to meeting the wide spectrum of customer preferences and requirements, ensuring there is a suitable choice for every driver.
