The new Splendor Plus is the most expensive variant as the model has been priced at Rs 67,095 and will be available in a single trim.

Hero MotoCorp, to celebrate its 100 million production milestone, launched 100 Million Limited Edition’s for Splendor Plus, Passion Pro and other models in the country. The homegrown two-wheeler maker reached the 100 million sales mark in January this year. The 100 Million Limited Edition Splendor Plus line-up has received a special livery and is available in a new and attractive colour combination, which matches the company’s logo.

Also, the new Splendor Plus is the most expensive variant as the model has been priced at Rs 67,095 and will be available in a single trim. Meanwhile, the Hero Passion Pro 100 Million edition comes in Disc and Drum variants, priced at Rs 69,200 and Rs 71,400 respectively.

Splendor Plus comes in a red and white two-tone paint scheme and to make things a bit more special, it sports the ‘100 Million Limited Edition’ logo/badge on the fuel tank. While a blacked-out engine, exhaust, and alloy wheels enhance the overall sportiness of the motorcycle. A chrome- plated crash guard, muffler, pillion grab, rear rack, muffler heat shield, give it additional touch.

Other than a few cosmetic changes to the mechanicals, the 100 Million Limited Edition’s specs remain the same. It is powered by a BS6-compliant 97.2cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine linked to a four-speed gearbox. It is capable of producing 8.02PS of max power at 8000rpm, while the peak torque of 8.05Nm is generated at 6000rpm. Ensuring rider safety, it is equipped with drum brakes on the front and rear wheels.

As the Hero Splendor Plus is a commuter motorcycle, it comes with a long and adjustable seat. Additionally, a five-way adjustable rear suspension provides high comfort levels at all times. The motorcycle also features a self-start button variant along with Hero MotoCorp’s i3s technology.
