An IndiGo flight was forced to return to its departure destination after airline staff forgot to offload full luggage. The IndiGo flight was going from Singapore to Bengaluru.
The airline reportedly forgot to fully offload luggage of the passengers who travelled on previous leg i.e., Bengaluru-Singapore.
The Airbus A321neo returned to Singapore to offload remaining luggage.
In another incident a few days ago, IndiGo reportedly “forgot” to put an elderly couple on their connecting flight to India, leaving them waiting for over 24 hours at Israel airport.
The couple — with the husband being wheelchair-bound — was returning to Mumbai from London and had booked ticket from the airline with the London-Istanbul sector operated by Turkish Airlines and the leg to Mumbai by IndiGo, reports said.
They then got the next day’s flight to Mumbai after spending 24 hours on chairs at Istanbul terminal.
