Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan, recently got married. After all the wedding festivities, the proud father is now keen on going back to his work commitments. According to the latest updates, the actor will soon be heading to Delhi for the shoot of his upcoming film, Champions.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Aamir Khan will be jetting off to Delhi and will be putting up there for over a month to shoot his highly anticipated film ‘Champions’. The source added, “At the moment, the makers are figuring out the exact locations, but one thing is for sure: they will be spread around the city.”
The film will also mark Aamir’s comeback to cinema after the box office debacle of his 2022 film Laal Singh Chaddha. The upcoming film is a story about the human spirit, in which Khan plays the role of a mentor. Champions is being helmed by RS Prasanna.
On the personal front, Aamir Khan recently hosted a grand reception in Mumbai after his daughter’s wedding. It was a star-studded affair in Mumbai, with many big personalities marking their attendance. Having taken place at NMACC in Mumbai on Saturday, January 13, stars such as Jaya Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya, Rekha, Hema Malini, Dharmendra, and more were seen attending the reception to bless Aamir’s daughter and her husband. Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan also joined Aamir Khan’s family. Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani were also among the attendees.
