All eyes are set on Ayodhya now with just days to go for the grand consecration of the Lord Ram idol at the grand temple. State-of-the-art facilities are being installed at the Ayodhya railway station and Ayodhya airport ahead of the day of consecration.
Jakson Group, a developer of energy and infrastructure solutions, announced on Tuesday that they installed a 250 kW solar rooftop system at the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya. The group has also provided the airport with three 500 KVA best-in-class diesel generators, guaranteeing a dependable power backup system.
The company’s Managing Director and Vice Chairman Sandeep Gupta said, “We are playing an important role in the economic and social development of Uttar Pradesh through corporate social responsibility (CSR) along with the power needs of Uttar Pradesh. Our projects in Ayodhya reflect that vision. Together with the government, we are working to achieve our green energy goal. This will lay the foundation for a better future for UP and the country.”
In a statement, the company claimed that the project demonstrated its commitment to comprehensive energy solutions, contributing significantly to the success and seamless operation of the recently opened airport in Ayodhya. It also represents a significant advancement in the infrastructure and sustainable growth of the area, the group said.
According to the company, it has successfully installed a 250 kW solar rooftop at the airport, promoting sustainable energy consumption following the operational requirements of the airport.
The Jakson Group regularly participates in initiatives run by the Prime Minister’s RDSS Scheme and Jal Jeevan Mission. Nearly 3,000 villages in various districts are to receive power and functional household tap connections through these initiatives, which are estimated to be worth around Rs 2,000 crore.
